PATIENT INVOLVEMENT AND SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICES
The practice would like to extend an invitation to patients to join a 'Patient Representative Group'. The group meets every two months and covers important areas like access, quality of care and clinical excellence. Please ask to speak with the practice manager, David Harding if you are interested in being involved.
There is also a suggestion box in the waiting room.
