OBTAIN
A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
When ordering your
next repeat prescription please hand in the right hand side of your previous prescription
form with ticks against the items that you require. On this side is listed your
current medication and you may order anything on this list without seeing
your doctor. If you cannot come to the surgery you should fill in the
right hand side of the prescription form and post it to us.
Prescription times are 9.00am to 1.00pm.
After that you must leave your request on the digital voice mail 01205 359805 - please speak slowly and clearly. Prescriptions will be ready for collection two working days after the request has been received.
PLEASE REMEMBER you can only have a limited number of repeat
prescriptions without seeing a doctor for further authorisation. The slip attached
to your prescription shows the number of repeats authorised. When the prescriptions
issued equal the number authorised, you need to see the doctor before requesting
another prescription.
