Monday to Thursday - Booked surgeries
from 8.30 to 11.30am and 2.00 to 8.00pm.
Friday - 8.30 to 11.30am and 3.00 to 5.30pm
We are doing all we can to reduce the amount of time you wait for your call to be answered. We have seven staff answering the phones at peak times which we hope will improve our service to you. You can help us by not phoning for results, prescriptions or other non-urgent enquiries between 8.30 and 9.00am.
Emergencies can be accommodated the same day with one of our doctors, but you wil have to sit and wait and you may not necessarily see the doctor of your choice. If you wish to book an appointment with a named doctor you may have to wait some time.
EMERGENCY VISITS
For true emergencies we understand and accept the need to request
a call at any time. Always phone 01205 365881. If the call is after hours you
will receive a recorded message indicating the number you need to ring. You may
not be seen by a doctor from this practice as we are part of an on-call consortium.
If you think your condition is life-threatening and you cannot get through then
call 999.
